4.3. Radiator

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Disconnect from a radiator top and the lower hoses (are specified by shooters) and a hose of a broad tank.
4. Remove the fan(s) and a casing.
5. Turn off bolts of the top arms of a radiator.
6. Remove arms and rubber pillows.
7. Carefully incline a radiator, remove (shooters specified the lower fastenings), get the lower pillows.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear a radiator outside if there are suspicions on contaminations of internal channels, then wash out from within.
2. It is recommended to be convinced of purity of internal channels by check of their capacity (it is carried out at car repair shop).
3. Check tightness of a radiator (it is carried out at car repair shop).
4. Check a condition of rubber pillows, if necessary replace.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out upside-down with observance of the following rules.
2. Make sure that rubber plugs of a radiator entered assembly eyes.
3. Fill the cooling system with liquid.
