6.4.1.1.2. System of catching of vapors of gasoline
CARBURETTOR ENGINES
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect hoses from a tank and the thermal vacuum distributive valve (TVR) and blow. |
2. TVR will screw in the right part of the soaking-up collector. On the cold engine disconnect both hoses from TVR. Blow TVR, attaching an auxiliary hose to unions. Air has to pass through TVR only on the heated-up engine. |
|
3. The tank is mounted in a back left part of a motor compartment. |
4. Disconnect a hose And from a tee. On the working engine create depression on a hose, – at the same time turns of the engine have to increase slightly, leak in a hose should not be. Attach a hose into place. |
5. Disconnect from the carburetor a hose With and blow on the working engine, – leak should not be. Attach a hose into place. |
6. Air cleaner branch pipe. Disconnect from a collector a hose In, blow a hose and create depression in a hose on the idle engine, – leak should not be. Attach a hose into place. |
7. If when checking on subitem 4-6 there is a negative result, then the tank should be replaced. |

INJECTOR ENGINES
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect all hoses from a tank and the solenoidal valve and blow. The tank is mounted in a back left part of a motor compartment. The valve is screwed in a back part of the soaking-up collector. |
|
2. For check of a tank disconnect hoses and blow in the union A, – air should not pass. Through the union In air has to pass freely. Otherwise replace a tank. |
3. For check remove the solenoidal valve. |
|
4. Air has to pass freely only through the union A and C on the deenergized valve. If on the valve to give tension, then air has to pass only through the union A and B. |
5. At negative results of check replace the valve. |
|
TANK WITH THE ABSORBER
Tank with an absorber on injector engines
Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Designate the route of a proleganiye of each hose and an order of accession of hoses to a tank. |
2. Weaken collars and disconnect hoses. |
3. Get a tank from an arm. |
4. Install a tank upside-down. |
|
THERMAL VACUUM DISTRIBUTIVE VALVE (TBP)
Thermal vacuum distributive valve (carburetor engines)
|
The TVR-valve (it is specified by an arrow) is screwed in the soaking-up collector. |
Replacement
Works are performed on the cold engine.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Merge liquid to valve level, or prepare a cap. |
2. Disconnect hoses from TVR. |
3. Carefully turn out TVR from a collector, remove laying. |
4. Establish TVR upside-down. Replace laying. |
|
SOLENOIDAL VALVE
Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove an air duct. |
2. Disconnect the battery from weight, disconnect the socket from the valve. |
3. Designate an order of accession of hoses on the valve. |
4. Weaken collars and disconnect hoses, get the valve. |
5. Install the valve upside-down. |
