6.4.1.1.4. System of a dookisleniye of exhaust gases

The system of a dookisleniye of exhaust gases provides decrease in contents in emissions of hydrocarbons and WITH due to injection of the filtered air in a final collector. Before hit of gases in converter there is their additional oxidation. The solenoidal valve is a part of system.

For serviceability check the solenoidal valve is recommended to be removed (see below).

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. When giving food (12B) air has to pass freely through the union A and B.
2. If result of check negative, then the valve it is necessary to replace.
3. Remove the valve of ejection of air (see below).
4. At a purge In air should not pass through the union. If on the union A to create depression, then air has to pass from In in With, in the opposite direction (from With in In) air should not pass under no circumstances (And – a vacuum hose from the solenoidal valve, In – a hose from the air filter, With – to a final collector).
5. If result of check negative, then the valve it is necessary to replace.

SOLENOIDAL VALVE

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The solenoidal valve is screwed in the left part of the soaking-up collector.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight, disconnect the socket.
3. Designate an order of accession of all hoses.
4. Weaken collars and disconnect hoses.
5. Remove the valve from an arm.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down.

AIR EJECTION VALVE

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The valve of ejection of air is mounted on the left cap of a suspension bracket.
2. For replacement of the valve disconnect hoses (are specified by shooters).
3. Turn off bolts and remove the valve.
4. Installation is carried out upside-down.

PROOFREADER OF IDLING

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover the air filter. The idling correction valve(s) (it is specified by an arrow) is mounted in the filter case bottom.
2. Prepare the thermometer and the hair dryer. Heat the valve the hair dryer. The valve has to be closed at a temperature below 55 °C, be slightly opened in the range of 55-65 °C and open completely at a temperature above 65 °C. If 2 valves, then temperature characteristics of one valve just the same are provided, and the second the valve is closed at a temperature below 65 °C, is slightly opened in the range of 65-75 °C and completely opens at a temperature above 75 °C At full cooling the valve has to be closed completely.
3. At negative results of check replace the valve.

Replacement of the valve of correction

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the air filter.
2. Disconnect a hose, unscrew screws and remove the valve.
3. The valve is installed upside-down.

PNEUMOSHOCK-ABSORBER

Check

At pushing-in of a rod of the pneumoshock-absorber resistance has to be felt, and at an otpuskaniye the rod has to come back to a starting position quickly.

Otherwise replace the pneumoshock-absorber.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On carburetor engines unscrew 2 screws and remove the valve from the carburetor.
2. On injector engines Turn off a nut and get the valve from an arm of the case of a butterfly valve.
3. Install the pneumoshock-absorber upside-down and check adjustment. On the heated-up engine the rod of the pneumoshock-absorber has to adjoin to the adjusting screw at 1900±200 rpm. For adjustment turn off a lock-nut and expose the screw in the necessary situation at the specified turns, again check adjustment.
