8.6. Coupling switching off mechanism

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the check point (see subsection 9.1).
2. Remove the release bearing, having got brackets.
	3. Beat out pins (are specified by shooters) and remove a fork from an axis.
4. Designate orientation of a spring, remove the lever, a fork and a spring.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check a condition of details, replace worn-out details.

2. Beat out the plug of an axis and replace.

3. Replace the release bearing at the slightest signs of damages.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease the rubbing axis surfaces with refractory lubricant.
2. Install the fork lever in the place.
3. Establish a fork and a spring, push the lever against the stop.
4. Combine openings of a fork and press new pins.
	5. Establish brackets (are specified by shooters), slightly grease a shaft and the bearing.
	6. Install the bearing so that brackets entered gearing with a fork.
7. Check freedom of movement of a fork of axes.
8. Establish the check point.
