11:10. Main cylinder
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Turn off a stopper and remove liquid from a nutritious tank (or extort, having unscrewed the union on a wheel). |
| 2. Disconnect wires from the liquid level sensor. |
| 3. Clear the union on the main cylinder. |
| 4. Designate the union that at assembly to attach on former places. |
| 5. Turn off nuts of unions, carefully get tubes and muffle openings. |
| 6. Immediately wipe the spilled liquid. |
| 7. Turn off nuts and remove the main cylinder from the vacuum amplifier. |
| 8. Remove laying from the cylinder. |

Dismantling
Prevention
Before dismantling get ремкомплект to the cylinder of that type which is installed on your car.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a nutritious tank, get a tank sealant (if it is provided). |
| 2. Unbend ears and remove a cap. |
| 3. On cars with ABS system push the first piston a wooden mandrel and turn off a lock bolt. |

4. Get a lock ring (if it is provided). |

5. Get a washer, pistons, springs and plates from the cylinder, having remembered an order of their installation. If necessary push out the piston a stream of compressed air, having clamped the cylinder in a vice. |
| 6. Carefully wash out all details in alcohol or brake fluid and immediately dry. |
| 7. Check a condition of details, at detection of wear or damages replace. Keep in mind that in ремкомплект the main cylinder pistons with sealants enter, a sealant separately in the spare part are not delivered. |
| 8. If on the cylinder and the piston there are teases, scratches or traces of corrosion, then replace the cylinder assembled. |
| 9. Before assembly grease the piston, cuffs and the cylinder with brake fluid. |
| 10. Install in the cylinder all details in a former order. |
| 11. You enter the piston roundabouts not to damage a cuff. |
| 12. Establish a washer on an end face of the first piston. On cars with ABS system the lock bolt has to coincide with a groove in the second piston. |
| 13. On cars with ABS system squeeze pistons and wrap a lock bolt. |
| 14. Squeeze pistons and fix by a new cap (it is delivered in a remkomplekta). |
| 15. Bend cap ears. |
| 16. Check a condition of sealants of a tank, if necessary replace. |
| 17. Dress a sealant and install a tank. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Wipe the surfaces of the cylinder and the vacuum amplifier and dress new laying. |
| 2. Install the cylinder on the vacuum amplifier, having convinced. that the pusher of the amplifier enters the cylinder on the center. |
| 3. Tighten nuts with the set moment. |
| 4. Establish tubes on the put tags, turn and tighten the union. |
| 5. Fill in liquid in a tank and remove air from a hydraulic actuator. |
| 6. Before departure check work of brakes. |
