11:13. Amplifier of brakes and backpressure valve
THE AMPLIFIER OF BRAKES WITH THE BUILT-IN VALVE
The valve is inserted into a forward part of the case of the amplifier.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Weaken a collar and disconnect a hose from the valve. |
| 2. Get the valve from a rubber sealant, turning in different directions and giving on itself. |
| 3. Get a sealant. |

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check a condition of the valve, the valve has to be blown in one direction. |
| 2. If necessary replace the valve. |
| 3. In the presence of damages replace a sealant. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Install a sealant in the case of the amplifier. |
| 2. Carefully insert the valve, without having damaged a cover. |
| 3. Attach a hose. |
| 4. Start the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak of the backpressure valve. |

THE AMPLIFIER WITH THE TAKEN-OUT VALVE
The valve is built in to the vacuum highway and fixed on a body by a bracket.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Get the valve from a bracket. |
| 2. The arrow on the valve has to be directed towards the hose attached to the soaking-up collector. |
| 3. Weaken a collar and disconnect hoses from the valve. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. The valve is installed upside-down. |
| 2. Start the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak in connections of hoses and the valve. |
