| 1. Measure distance from a pedal to a floor. |
| 2. If necessary remove the lower forward panel from the driver (cm. subsection 13.26). |
| 3. Remove a slip in the driver's legs, disconnect latches and remove a rug, having opened access to the hatch in an antinoise covering of a floor. |
| 4. Remove the hatch and check pedal height. |
| 5. Compare to standard value. |
| 6. If necessary adjust a pedal, having arrived as follows. |
| 7. Turn off a lock-nut of a pusher and rotating a pusher establish the necessary height of a pedal. |
| 8. Tighten a lock-nut with the set moment. |
| 9. Check a free wheeling of a pedal which is equal to movement of a pedal to feeling of weakness in resistance to its course. |
| 10. After a pedal otpuskaniye the signal of braking has to die away. |
| 11. Otherwise replace the switch (the switch is strengthened on a pedal arm by bayonetny connection and it is not regulated). |
| 12. Start the engine and idling check height of the pressed pedal. |
| 13. If height is less than norm, then brakes are faulty. |
| 14. In this case replace liquid in a hydraulic actuator and remove air. |
| 15. If this measure does not yield results, then check a condition of the main thing and wheel cylinders. |
| 16. Upon termination of install all removed panels. |
