Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove drums.
2. Remove blocks.
3. For decrease in losses of liquid densely wrap a tank stopper, having laid a polyethylene film, or press hoses.
4. Clear bolts of fastening of the cylinder to a board of a brake and the union.
5. Unscrew the union and muffle a tube and an opening in the cylinder.
6. Turn off bolts and remove the cylinder.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Purify dust and dirt from the cylinder, having wiped with the rags moistened in alcohol.
2. Remove covers.
3. Apply identification tags on cylinders.
4. Get pistons and a spring.
5. All a sealant of the cylinder are subject to obligatory replacement.
6. Check a condition of the piston and the internal surface of the cylinder.
7. With defects on these details assembled replace the cylinder.
8. Before assembly carefully clear all details, pistons, a spring and cuffs grease with brake fluid.
9. Put on cuffs pistons.
10. Carefully enter the first piston into the cylinder, being guided on the tags put when dismantling.
11. Establish a spring and the second piston.
12. Put on covers the cylinder, having greased their edges with brake fluid.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The cylinder is installed upside-down.
2. Remove air only from a wheel brake hydraulic actuator (if integrity of other contours was not broken).
