| 1. Carefully clear a support. |
| 2. Get fingers for heads of bolts which screw in fingers. |
| 3. Remove rubber covers of fingers. |
| 4. Turn out (to rotate counterclockwise) and get the piston from the cylinder. |
| 5. Remove a cover. |
| 6. Squeeze a cylinder spring, having pressed on a cap, and take a lock ring from a cylinder flute. |
| 7. Gradually releasing a spring, get a spring ring, a cap, a spring, a lock plate, a pusher and a strut. |
| 8. A wooden stick get a cylinder sealant. |
| 9. Unhook a spring from the lever of the emergency brake, turn off a nut and remove the lever from a support. |
| 10. Wash out all details in pure brake fluid or alcohol. |
| 11. All a sealant and covers are subject to obligatory replacement. |
| 12. Check a condition of a support, especially carefully examine the piston and the internal surface of the cylinder, replace worn-out details. The support or an arm of a support separately in the spare part are not delivered. |
| 13. Minor defects on the cylinder are eliminated with polishing with a small skin whereas the piston with the same defects is subject to obligatory replacement. It is forbidden to polish the piston. |
| 14. Check a condition of carvings on support fingers, the side play of fingers in a support has to be absent. |
| 15. Blow channels of brake fluid. |
| 16. Before assembly check purity of all details. |
| 17. Dress a new cover on the clown of the lever of the emergency brake. |
| 18. Establish a spring, a washer and tighten a nut. |
| 19. Grease the clown with brake fluid and establish on a support. |
| 20. Make sure that at turn of the lever the groove in the clown is combined with an opening in a pusher. |
| 21. Dress a lever spring. |
| 22. Dip a new sealant of the cylinder into liquid and establish in a cylinder flute. |
| 23. Dress a new sealing ring on a pusher and oil rubber a strut and a pusher. |
| 24. Establish all details in a support. |
| 25. Establish a lock plate so that the groove fell on a flat part of a pusher, and camber coincided with deepening in a support. |
| 26. Establish a spring lock ring. |
| 27. Establish a spring and a cap, squeeze a spring and establish a spring lock ring. |
| 28. Oil a cylinder cover edge rubber and dress on the piston. |
| 29. Grease with brake fluid the piston and walls of the cylinder in a support, screw the piston in the cylinder, rotating clockwise. |
| 30. Dress the second edge of a cover on a support. |
| 31. Dress new covers on support fingers. |
| 32. Replace the rubber plug on the top finger. |
| 33. Before installation in a support grease fingers with brake fluid. |
