Sequence of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect high-voltage wires from spark plugs, get wires from assembly brackets on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Weaken collars and disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case in a back part of a cover of a head of cylinders.
3. Weaken collars and disconnect an oil separator hose from the union on a cover of a head of cylinders and a hose in the lower part of an oil separator.
4. Turn off bolts (are specified by shooters) and remove an oil separator in a forward part of a head of cylinders.
5. In the sequence, return specified rice. The sequence of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders, weaken and turn off nuts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders, remove nuts and washers.
6. Lift a cover and remove. Get laying from the flute in provided on the outer edge of a cover, and also ring a sealant from openings under candles and from the central opening under a hairpin of fastening of a cover.
7. Check existence of damages on cover sealants, if necessary a sealant replace.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clear the condensed surfaces of a cover and a head of cylinders, completely remove oil traces. Apply sealant drops on semicircular selections in a head of cylinders (are specified by shooters).
2. Lay in a flute on a cover rubber laying, having tracked correctness of laying on all length.
3. Establish sealing rings of spark plugs and a sealant of the central hairpin. If necessary it is possible to record a sealant previously having greased them with a thin layer of sealant.
4. Apply sealant drops on laying approximately in 1 cm on both sides from edges of semicircular selection under a cover of a back neck of a cam-shaft of final valves.
5. Carefully establish a cover of a head of cylinders into place, at the same time the shift of rubber sealants of a cover is not allowed.
6. Be convinced of correctness of installation of a cover then establish on cover hairpins rubber a sealant, washers and wrap nuts.
7. Besiege a cover into place, then turn and slightly tighten the central nut (N 1) and four nuts on cover corners in the following sequence: 10, 11, 13 and 8. Tighten cover nuts in the specified sequence (cm. rice. The sequence of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders), weaken and turn off nuts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders, with the set moment.
7. Attach hoses of ventilation of a case to a cover, fix by collars.
8. Attach a hose to the lower part of an oil separator, establish an oil separator in the place and reliably tighten bolts. Dress an oil separator hose on the union of a cover and fix by a collar.
9. Attach high-voltage wires to spark plugs, without breaking a former order, and insert wires into fastening brackets. Connect the battery to weight.
