3.2.1.8. Natyazhitel of a chain, uspokoitel and asterisks of the drive

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Natyazhitel of a chain
1. Merge oil from the engine and remove the filter (see subsection 2.2.1). In case of damage of the filter at removal replace the filter.
2. Turn off two nuts and get a natyazhitel of a chain from the back party of a head of cylinders. Remove ring laying.
Prevention

At removal of a natyazhitel rotation of the crankshaft is not allowed.
Uspokoitel of a chain
3. Uncover the chain drive (see subsection 3.2.1.6).
4. Remove a natyazhitel of a chain.
5. Release and turn off bolts, get an uspokoitel.
Boot of a natyazhitel of a chain
6. Uncover the chain drive (see subsection 3.2.1.6).
7. Turn off a bolt of an axis of a boot of a natyazhitel of a chain and take off a boot from the block of cylinders.
8. Remove a natyazhitel of a chain.
9. Turn off a bolt of an axis of a boot and take off a boot.
Top guide
10. Uncover a head of cylinders (see subsection 3.2.1.4).
11. Turn off bolts and remove a guide from a head of cylinders.
Chain asterisks
12. Remove a chain and asterisks of cam-shafts (see subsection 3.2.1.7). If the chain is not removed, then turn out bolts of asterisks from both cam-shafts (see the item 9 of subsection 3.2.1.7), apply identification tags on gear wheels that at assembly to establish on the former place.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Natyazhitel of a chain
1. Be convinced of purity of surfaces of a prileganiye of a natyazhitel and cover of a head of cylinders.
2. Release the lever of a clamp of a natyazhitel (1), press a plunger in the case and record in such situation a hook, having thrown with it a pin of a plunger (2).
3. Establish new laying on a flange of a natyazhitel, and in a flute of the case lay a new sealing ring.
4. Establish a natyazhitel, having convinced that the arrow on a flange is turned from a head of cylinders aside. Dress washers and tighten nuts of a natyazhitel with the set moment. After an inhaling of nuts the assembly hook has to leave automatically gearing with a pin, having released a plunger.
Uspokoitel of a chain
5. Install an uspokoitel of a chain on the block of cylinders and tighten bolts with the set moment.
6. Establish a natyazhitel (see subitem 1-4).
7. Establish a cover of the chain drive (see subsection 3.2.1.6).
Boot of a natyazhitel of a chain
8. Install a boot of a natyazhitel of a chain on the block of cylinders and tighten an axis bolt with the set moment.
9. Establish a natyazhitel (see subitem 1-4).
10. Establish a cover of the chain drive (see subsection 3.2.1.6).
Top guide
11. Establish the top guide of a chain on a head of cylinders and tighten fastening bolts with the set moment.
12. Establish a cover of a head of cylinders (see subsection 3.2.1.4).
Chain drive asterisks
13. Establish a chain and asterisks (see subsection 3.2.1.7).
14. If the chain was not removed, then dress asterisks on the corresponding cam-shafts, being guided on the tags put when dismantling. At assembly track that the put tags precisely coincided. Wrap bolts of asterisks, having dressed on them washers and tighten bolts with the set moment.
