| 1. Lift a back part of the car and establish on supports. |
| 2. Remove back wheels. |
| 3. Disconnect a cable of the emergency brake at first from an arm, then from the support lever. |
|
4. Twist support fingers. |
|
5. Remove a support body. |
| 6. After dismantling of a support not to press a pedal of a brake. |
| 7. Fix a support so that the hose did not stretch. |
| 8. Remember orientation of side and antinoise slips on blocks (antinoise slips are provided on a part of cars and are located at the top and lower end faces of blocks). |
|
9. Remove slips. |
|
10. Remove blocks. |
|
11. Remove spring clamps. |
| 12. Check thickness of frictional slips. |
| 13. If thickness at least of one slip is less than norm, or blocks are strongly polluted, then replace all blocks in a set with one axis. |
| 14. Find and remove the cause of pollution. |
| 15. It is forbidden to rearrange blocks for the purpose of wear compensation. |
| 16. If a condition of blocks satisfactory, then clear them, having removed the eaten dirt and large particles. |
| 17. Clear places for blocks in a support. |
| 18. Before assembly check freedom of movement of fingers in an arm and a support, and also integrity of rubber covers. |
| 19. Check a condition of sealants of the piston, existence of corrosion on the piston and dribble traces. |
|
20. If blocks change, then the piston should be drowned in the cylinder for what turn the piston kruglogubets clockwise, at the same time pressing into the cylinder. |
| 21. At the shift of the piston you watch liquid level, excess of liquid above mark MOVE in a tank should be removed with a rubber pear or the syringe. |
| 22. Slightly grease plates of blocks, laying and spring brackets with special antinoise lubricant. |
| 23. Keep in mind that new blocks are delivered in the spare part with an antinoise covering and their lubricant is not required. |
| 24. Establish antinoise brackets, blocks and overlays for former places (brackets and slips are provided on a part of cars). |
| 25. Establish a support body. The ledge on a back part of blocks has to come into dredging of the piston. |
| 26. If necessary tighten the piston. |
| 27. Grease the lower finger of a support with the fixing structure, wrap fingers and tighten with the set moment. |
| 28. Check freedom of movement of a support on fingers. |
| 29. Attach a cable of the emergency brake in the sequence of the return to removal, establish an arm of a cable and a spring bracket (if it is provided). The ledge on an arm has to come into dredging on a support body. |
| 30. Repeat the described actions for a brake of other back wheel. |
| 31. Adjust the emergency brake. |
| 32. Press several times a brake pedal. |
| 33. Establish wheels, lower the car. |
| 34. Check liquid level. |
| 35. Before departure check work of brakes. |
