Removal
Remove a forward cover (see subsection 3.1.1.12).
Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Unscrew screws and a bolt. |
|
2. Remove a pump cover from the back of a forward cover. |
|
|
| 3. Get gear wheels of the oil pump (on a photo at the left – the conducted gear wheel, on a photo on the right – the leader). |
|
4. Turn out a bolt, get a washer, a spring and the piston of the reducing valve, having paid attention to orientation of the piston. |
| 5. Examine pump gear wheels, the piston of the reducing valve, check existence of signs of wear on these details. |
|
6. Establish gear wheels in a forward cover and check gaps between the conducted gear wheel and a pump housing. |
|
7. Check gaps between teeths of the conducted and conducting gear wheels and a crescent insert. |
|
8. Check an axial side play of the conducted and conducting gear wheels. |
| 9. In the presence of necessary tools define a gap between the conducted gear wheel and a pump housing, having measured diameters. |
| 10. In the presence of signs of damages and also if any measured gaps exceed norm, replace a forward cover. |
| 11. At detection of strong wear of gear wheels check also a condition of the perepuskny valve for what turn out an oil filter. Examine a valve ball, having checked existence of signs of wear and freedom of movement. In case of jamming replace the valve for what to a vypressuyta the valve from the block of cylinders and press the new valve. Replace an oil filter. |
| 12. Oil gear wheels of the oil pump fresh for the engine and establish in a cover. The conducted gear wheel has to be turned by a fillet outside. |
| 13. Establish a pump cover, tighten a bolt and screws with the set moment. |
| 14. Collect the reducing valve. |

Installation
Establish a forward cover.
