Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect from wire candles, get wires from brackets on a cover of a head of cylinders.
	2. Weaken collars and disconnect hoses of a suction of intra crankcase gases in on a cover of a head of cylinders.

On engines of later release these caps are executed with laying of a cover of a head of cylinders at the same time.
5. Check a condition of all rubber sealants of a cover, if necessary replace.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully clear the condensed surfaces of a cover and a head of cylinders, remove oil traces.
	2. Apply sealant on semicircular selections of a head of cylinders. On engines of early release lay in selections both semicircular caps so that a flat part of caps was aflush with the plane of a head of cylinders.
	3. Lay laying in a flute on a cover, having tracked correctness of its situation on all length.
	4. Establish sealing rings of spark plugs. If necessary record a sealant, having greased with a thin layer of sealant.
	5. Apply sealant on laying approximately in 1 cm on both sides from edges of semicircular selection under a cover of a back basic neck of a cam-shaft.
	6. Carefully establish a cover of a head of cylinders into place, at the same time the shift of rubber sealants of a cover is not allowed.
	7. Be convinced of correctness of installation of a cover, wrap bolts with washers. Tighten cover bolts in the specified sequence with the set moment.
8. Attach hoses to a cover.
9. Attach wires to spark plugs and insert wires into brackets.
