6.3.1.13.7. The temperature valve of the accelerated warming up of the engine
The temperature valve of the accelerated warming up of the engine is installed on the left side of the case of a butterfly valve, between the top and lower sections of the case.
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Before its removal, disconnect a wire of the negative plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove the air filter (see subsection 6.3.1.2). |
| 3. Turn a cam of the accelerated operation of the engine to disconnect it from the connecting mechanism of a butterfly valve. |
| 4. Combine an opening in a cam with an opening in the case of a butterfly valve and record a cam in this situation, having inserted a drill or the probe with a diameter of 3 mm into openings. |
| 5. Turn off fixing screws of the top section of the case of a butterfly valve, then, accurately remove the top section from the lower section. |
| 6. Remove laying and you will throw out it; at installation it is necessary to use new. |
| 7. Turn off two fixing screws and remove a fixing plate of the valve from the lower section of the case of a butterfly valve. |
| 8. Get the valve from a nest and remove a sealing ring. |
| 9. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. |
| 10. At installation use a new sealing ring and laying between sections of the case of a butterfly valve. |
