11. A lock nut, 20 N. of m (for the adjusting screw of the generator, the inhaling moment: 25 N. of m)
12. The adjusting screw (for a maple belt of the generator)

If the former belt is established, then it should be checked for wear and damages. If its sidewalls obtrepatsya, there are cracks and places of gaps, maple the belt should be replaced anyway. At installation of a belt you watch that it correctly adjoined to all pulleys.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Press a belt a thumb from above between pulleys (see. "Black tags" on rice. Belt arrangement).
2. Measure the size of breakdown and compare to control value. At the same time press on a belt with a force of 100 N (10 kg). It corresponds to approximately strong pressing by a thumb. If necessary delay a belt a spring dynamometer down.
3. If control value is exceeded, pull a belt.

Replacement of a maple belt

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken a lock nut.
2. Turn the adjusting screw until the belt can be taken off.
3. Take off maple a belt.
4. Impose a new maple belt and adjust a bolt on a certain value of a tension.
5. Put the lock clamp.
