Order of screwing up of bolts

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a cable of mass of the battery.

Prevention

At the same time electronic memory, for example, a radio receiver code is erased. Before shutdown of the battery it is necessary to read instructions in subsection 7.2.


2. Completely merge cooling liquid and collect it in a vessel.
3. Remove a reception pipe of the muffler.
4. Disconnect all hoses of the cooling system from a head of cylinders.
5. Remove the air channel.
6. Unscrew a heat-shielding plate of a final collector.
7. Unscrew a final collector.
8. Uncover a head of cylinders with laying.
9. Install the piston of the 1st cylinder in the provision of VMT.

Prevention

After that the provision of cranked and distributive shaft should not change.


10. Take off a gear belt.
11. Weaken bolts of a head of cylinders in a certain sequence for 3 passes (see rice. Numbering of bolts of a head of cylinders).
12. Weaken all bolts na1/2 a turn in the set sequence.
13. Weaken all bolts on 1 turn.
14. Turn out all bolts.

Prevention

The head of cylinders can be deformed or burst if the order of weakening of bolts is not observed.


15. Check that all hoses and wires conducting from a head of cylinders to the engine and a body were disconnected.
16. Remove a head of cylinders with the assistant.

Prevention

After removal do not put a head of cylinders on a sealing surface, at the same time completely open valves can be damaged. Put a head of cylinders on 2 wooden whetstones.


Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear a head of cylinders and check for deformation.
2. Check water, oil and fuel hoses for damages and cracks if it is required replace.
3. Check valves and saddles of valves for wear and damages.
4. Establish laying of a head of cylinders so that openings in the block of cylinders and in laying of a head of cylinders coincided.

Prevention

There is laying of a head of cylinders of various thickness which is designated by 1, 2 or 3 notches on the edge. If only laying is replaced, it is necessary to establish new laying of the same designation surely. If the block of cylinders, pistons, rods and the crankshaft were replaced or under repair, thickness of laying should be chosen according to the size of a vystupaniye of pistons (it is carried out in a workshop).


5. Put on a head of cylinders.
6. Cover bolts of a head of cylinders and prokladny washers with a thin layer of pure engine oil and screw in according to designations (see rice. Order of screwing up of bolts). You watch that the slanted party of prokladny washers was turned to heads of bolts. The flat party of a washer is turned to a head of cylinders.
7. Screw bolts of a head of cylinders a hand to a prileganiye with a fillet.
8. Then tighten bolts with 1 on 10 for 5 passes.
9. On each pass bolts have to drag on in the set sequence.
10. Tighten bolts with 1 on 10 with 40 N.' effort of m.
11. Tighten bolts with 1 on 10 with 90 N.' effort of m.
12. Completely weaken bolts with 10 on 1.
13. Tighten bolts with 1 on 10 with 40 N.' effort of m.
14. Tighten bolts with 1 on 10 rigid key for one pass on 75 °.
15. For this purpose the measuring instrument of corners will be required if this adaptation is absent, tighten bolts with 1 on 10 with effort of 90 Nanometers.

Prevention

Tightening of bolts should be made with special care. Bolts have to drag on surely for 5 passes. Before an inhaling it is necessary to check the accuracy of a dynamometer key. Besides it is necessary to observe the sequence of an inhaling precisely.


16. Establish a gear belt.
17. Establish a head of cylinders with new laying, previously apply sealing means on covers of bearings 1 and 5.
18. Apply sealing means on opposite places of a cover of a head of cylinders.
19. Slightly tighten all bolts by at most 4 N.' effort of m.

Prevention

If tighten bolts too strongly, there can be thinnesses.


20. Screw a final collector with 20 N.' effort of m.
21. Screw a heat-shielding plate of a final collector.
22. Install the air channel.
23. Put on all hoses of the cooling system a head of cylinders and fix by collars.
24. Establish a reception pipe of the muffler.
25. Connect a cable of mass of the battery.
26. Fill in cooling liquid.
